The Food You Eat Impacts Your Sleep!

If you more often than not eat cheap, processed carbohydrates, like a car fueled with cheap gasoline, you will falter, and your sleep will suffer as well.

Right after swallowing, all processed carbohydrates turn to sugar which greatly interferes in your ability to sleep well. In fact, the more carbs/sugar you eat during the day, the more often you’re going to wake up in the middle of the night. (Even if you don’t wake up fully, the sugar will pull you out of a deep sleep and you’re going to feel exhausted the following day.)

Instead, by eating in a way that keeps your blood sugar levels steady throughout the day, you’ll be helping yourself to achieve a normal and restorative deep sleep pattern.
